Transparency & Accountability in Law Enforcement

Public Records Speak for Themselves

As a candidate for Travis County Constable Pct. 4, I have spent nearly 20 years serving this community with integrity and dedication. Public trust is earned, and transparency is essential in law enforcement. That’s why I believe voters and endorsing organizations deserve full access to verified public records regarding the professional history of candidates seeking law enforcement authority.

Documents were obtained from the Austin Police Department via a Public Information Act request. They show case numbers, reported dates, and outcomes of Internal Affairs investigations.

We are committed to transparency and public trust in law enforcement.

"These are matters of public record. When someone is asking the public to trust them with law enforcement authority, Internal Affairs matters and resignation under investigation are material information.

I, Al Saenz, welcome the same level of transparency and scrutiny of my own service.

I believe that trust is built through action, integrity, and transparency. My record is open for public review, and I will continue to serve our community with honesty and accountability.”
