Al Saenz – Committed to Our Community

Dedicated. Community-Focused.
Ready to Lead.

I’m Al Saenz, proud to serve our community with passion, integrity, and a vision for a brighter future.

My  Background

I graduated from David Crockett High School and spent several years in the private sector before pursuing my passion for public service. I began my law enforcement career under Constable Maria Canchola, grew under Bruce Elfant, and currently serve under Constable Carlos B. Lopez. Their mentorship taught me that leadership is about showing up, listening, and serving with integrity.

I have nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in civil process, property-related issues, protective orders, warrants, and day-to-day Constable operations. My career has also focused heavily on community engagement—connecting with residents, supporting youth programs, partnering with schools, and attending neighborhood events.

Recognition & Awards:

  • Life Saving Medals (2014, 2018)

  • Meritorious Unit Award (2016) for acts of valor and public service

  • Public Service Award (2018) for volunteer work with nonprofits

These honors reflect my belief that leadership is service, character, and commitment to the community.

experience,

commitment, and

a proven record of service.

I have devoted my career to the Constable’s Office, mentored by exceptional leaders, and trained in one of the best offices in Texas.

I have maintained a spotless professional record.

I combine extensive experience in law enforcement with deep community ties, ensuring that I understand both the responsibilities of the office and the needs of the residents I serve.
